Winner of the prestigious, internationally recognized Red Dot Award for product design, the new Seawing Supernova is a step up from the iconic Seawing Nova in performance, construction, fit, and versatility. Building on the performance of SCUBAPRO's Seawing Novas, the Supernova is the essential high-performance fin for avid recreational and professional divers seeking maximum speed, power, and control in all diving conditions. 

The Supernova features next-generation Pivot-Control Technology that works in tandem with the unique Auto-Adjust Central panel, which ensures that the blade is always providing the optimal angle of attack. The Pivot Control Technology hinges pre-set the blade in a 40-degree and 50-degree range that is ideal for converting kicks into forward motion. The flexible Auto-Adjust central panel then fine-tunes the angle of attack according to the strength of your kick by counter-pivoting, providing a milder angle of attack for comfort when kicking gently, a more aggressive angle of attack when kicking at full strength, and anything in between.

In addition to providing incredible speed and performance, the Seawing Supernova is intuitively designed to improve every step of your dive adventure. The design of the blade and foot pocket allow water to flow onto the blade’s leading edge and eliminate drag, and Twin-Tip Winglets improve maneuverability for excellent frog and alternate kicks.

The fin’s blades and foot pockets are molded separately for optimum comfort but join seamlessly and efficiently with a robust Socket-Lock Connection. This unique two-piece design makes it optimal for travel, as the fin can be separated to take up virtually no space in your backpack or carry-on. Even better – the Seawing Supernova offers full-foot and open-heel options for the foot pocket to easily transition between warm- and cold-water diving.

As is standard with all SCUBAPRO fins, you’ll find the Seawing Supernova to be comfortable and extremely durable. The fins are made from Monprene® for maximum durability, which can handle abuse from sunlight as well as damage during use, packing, and traveling. The Heavy-Duty Bungee Strap in the open-heel foot pockets allows micro-adjustments on length to accommodate any style of dive boot, and full-foot pockets are built with a heel-retention cup to prevent slipping and chafing.
