SCUBAPRO Recalls Monorail Weight Pockets Due to Risk of Drowning

Name of Product: Monorail Weight Pockets

Hazard: The D-ring handle that is used to pull/unlock the Monorail Weight Pocket from a buoyancy compensator device (BCD) may detach during use. If this happens, the user might not be able to unlock the Monorail Weight Pocket in an emergency to rise to the surface, posing a potential drowning hazard.

How is SCUBAPRO Making this Right?  

SCUBAPRO is offering owners of the recalled Monorail Weight Pockets a free repair at local authorized dealers. The authorized dealer will conduct the repair free of charge. Consumers without access to a nearby authorized dealer may send the product back to SCUBAPRO for a free repair, with all shipping costs fully covered by SCUBAPRO.
