What does the Dive Screen look like?
The Aladin 100 activates its dive screen underwater, displaying four clearly labeled quadrants: Depth, Time, No-Stop Time (NST), and a fourth dynamic toggle field, which gives the diver the option of displaying temperature, max depth, MB-level, O2%, Timer, and Clock. During a safety stop, the toggle field shifts to a countdown based on user settings. If NST is surpassed and the dive then requires decompression, the display automatically adds Deco Stop and Total Ascent Time information.

What replacement battery is recommended?
The Aladin 100 is shipped with a Varta Industrial Pro AA Battery for optimum performance. Please refer to the user manual for battery change procedure and further details.
What if water gets in the battery chamber?
The battery chamber is waterproof and sealed off from the internal electronics, including the circuit board and pressure sensor. If the chamber floods, remove the battery, rinse the chamber with fresh water, let the battery compartment dry completely and replace the battery and O-ring with new ones. If the computer is working after being cleaned from saltwater exposure – meaning, the computer can be switched on and you can scroll through the menu – then no water has entered the main part of the computer and the computer’s functionality should remain intact. As an extra precaution, take a backup computer with you for the next few dives.
