- Groupers, breams, amberjacks, tunas, barracudas, snappers, tanutes, nudibranchs, lobsters, octopuses, moray eels, gorgonians
When is the best time to go?
- The best period is from the beginning of May to the end of October. The island of Ustica is the first protected marine area in Italy, a true paradise of biodiversity, both in the morning and in the afternoon the dives are magnificent and full of life.
Recommended equipment for diving?
- No particular equipment is recommended for diving in Ustica, perhaps a warm suit in the months of May and October
How do you get to the dive site?
- All dive sites can be easily reached by boat, the furthest dive site is 25 minutes by boat from the port of the island. The Ustica Diving Center has a comfortable 7.50 BWA dinghy equipped for divers.
How are the depth and visibility?
- Most of the dives take place at a depth of 25 meters, in the summer the visibility can reach 40 meters.
How many dives per day can you do?
- You can do 2 dives in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and possibly night dives by reservation.

- All dives are guided by qualified instructors and expert connoisseurs of the dive sites.
