• Items that have been purchased online are to be returned to Johnson Outdoors Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH within 30 days of purchase. They cannot be returned to other retailers, a third party or resellers.
• All returns must be in their original packaging, unused and in new condition. All labels and tags must still be intact with no signs of wear or use. If the item is considered used, the items will be returned without refund.
• Please note that items that have been purchased from a third party or retailer are to be returned to the third party or retailer and are therefore subject to their individual returns policies.

1. Submit your returns request form. 
2. SCUBAPRO will send you a returns authorisation number within two working days.
3. Repack your items with care, including a copy of your returns form, which you have received by email. When using the original box for the return, please remove all previous shipping labels.
4. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning items, insurance and arranging the return.

6. After receiving and checking your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days. SCUBAPRO is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
