Does this help with keeping water out of your ears?

Good Afternoon, The headband is great for keeping hair under control while diving while providing some protection and warmth to the ears. There is a hole on each side of the headband that will allow trapped air to escape and make it easier to equalize during descent but water will enter the ears, but very slowly. What is the sizing? Will this help keep my hair out of my mask?

Good Morning, We would suggest that you try on one of our hoods at a local Authorized SCUBAPRO dealer as that there isn't a specific size chart for the 3mm Head Bands. From there you should be able to determine what size head band would fit you best. Thank you for your inquiry!
